Pawnshop ERP

I created a pawnshop website to efficiently manage various aspects of pawn transactions, including fiduciary agreements and installment tracking. The system also handles critical financial operations such as finance management and accounting data processing. This solution streamlines day-to-day operations, ensuring accuracy and improved workflow for pawnshop businesses.

This project was built using MySQL as the database to manage and store data efficiently. Node.js serves as the backend to handle server-side operations and business logic, ensuring smooth communication with the database. React.js powers the frontend, providing a dynamic and user-friendly interface for seamless user interaction.

Features Examples

1. Pawn

This feature is designed to manage pawn transactions efficiently. Users can apply for a pawn, proceed with its approval, and obtain a proof of disbursement upon completion. Additionally, it allows users to redeem pawn transactions, effectively concluding the pawn contract.

2. Fiduciary

This feature is designed to manage fiduciary transactions effectively. Users can apply for a fiduciary, proceed with its approval, and manage the payment of installments. This ensures a smooth and organized process for handling fiduciary agreements.

3. Finance

This feature is designed to manage finance data efficiently, including cash and bank transactions. It handles cash inflow and outflow, ensuring accurate tracking of cash movements. Additionally, it manages bank inflow and outflow, providing a comprehensive overview of financial activities.

4. Accounting

The accounting modules are seamlessly integrated into the system to automatically generate accurate accounting reports. Key features include Posting, which allows transactions to be recorded into accounts, and General Ledger Activity to view all journal entries from various transactions. Additionally, the system provides essential financial statements such as the Trial Balance, Income Statement, and Balance Sheet, ensuring comprehensive financial management and reporting.
